My woman would like a new cover for the pax seat. But I would like to also add some stiffer padding, instead of just a new cover. You gonna make a kit?

Well mine is the 102-3 with the bed braces and the wide axle. It also has the e-track mounting system for EOD and I would suppose S.W.A.T. usage. The hardtop is very good, and the trailer seems watertight. It also looked like the whole bed was galvanized.

That's what mine is DH. It is an A2 with the helmet hardtop and the wide axle. The data plate says A3, and that is how I have it advertised. I may need to redo my classified.... Opinions?

Sounds like a case of excessive backlash in the box. It may last forever, or it may go out the next time you fire it up. Mine makes so much noise that it all runs together and I can't tell what's making the racket. I just wear earplugs and go blissfully on my way like I didn't know any better.

3M makes some kick as$ non skid. It's like a thin shingle with an adhesive backing and it comes in a roll in varying widths. Think I got mine from WW Grainger.

ODD, look at picture 3. That belt was burnt in two. If you still think it stretched and snapped, then explain where the cogs off the inside of the belt went. Something is locking up causing the crank pulley to eat the belts.

Forgive me, but how does this work? does it amplify torque on the output shaft? If so, this may be the coolest and cheapest way to power steering.
