    ATF Regulations: Importing FV 432

You are seriously obsessing about smoke dischargers? Something you'll never use anyway? Seriously? As stated, leave in Canada and move on. Buy a set of real ones from Beltfed34 on Gunbroker if it's that big of a deal.

    Nellis AFB (Nevada) Petting Zoo

It has been there for decades but has not been open for public visits until the last few years. Back in the 80's, it was larger with many of the vehicle being operational. Captured radar systems were tested and evaluated near by as well as countermeasures.

    Pinzgauer Overhead Radio Console Design

I've been involved with Pinzgauers for 12 years and owned a 710M for 11. Several owners I know have used this console. It's really well built and mounts pretty well. I don't know the one you are seeking, but this is likely it...

    Proper designation- V100 or M706

Rory is completely correct. I might add that the South Vietnamese army used them first and retained the factory "V-100 Commando" name. This is where most US personnel first became aware of the vehicle and the name stuck.

    A neglected v 100

The very best $300.00 you will ever spend on a V-100 is for an Edelbrock 1405 Performer carb. Works great right out of the box. All you need is a stock manifold for a Mopar 316/383. I have seen these for as cheap as $15.00. Rory, you will kick yourself for not doing it years ago.

    A neglected v 100

That motor is an M75 in M113 configuration. You just need to switch over the water pump pully and attach the fan. The stock carbs are crap though, even brand new.

Eland-90 Mk7 South African Wheeled Tank (armored car)

Same as the French AML-90 but different engine. TINY inside and extremely top-heavy, but very cool. The French have sold the AML-90 all over the World, especially in Africa. The 90mm was effective against T-55 and T-62s during the Angolian and Congo wars.

Receiving your Saracen running in good order without issues is only a fraction of the overall ownership experience. Maintaining it will be the challenge. You will need a nitrogen tank to keep the accumulators charged properly and need a full set of manuals. Especially the transmission manual to...
