So Bill, since I can't get xylene or naptha, should I use Martin Senour hardener and their reducer and spray over what I have? Do you think I need to sand off all the paint I have already sprayed? Thanks again, Peter
Hello again all, I'm midway through painting my M35 the Gillespie 24087 that I got from Rapco. They said to reduce it using xylene (I'm using mineral spirits because California is, well... you know.) That said, Rapco said not to put any hardener in the paint because it will darken the color. I...
I don't mean to pry but when should I expect a response for my truck? Not being impatient, but an estimate of how long it might take seems like a good note to add to the first page so that we know how long it normally takes. Thanks again!
Here's my truck, anything helps!

Hello all, first thing you should know is that I am partially colorblind, especially toward green and brown. That said, I need help identifying these colors from my truck. I keep looking for a good color for my truck (going for Vietnam era, she's a 1966) but all I get is an OD Green that just...
Strange considering I thought both of those Titan tires were the newest of the batch, I guess I'll run all the 1999/2000 ones on the back, get rid of the armstrongs from 1989 and buy two new fronts from Coker... Unless anyone knows where to get them less than $320 apiece
Here are three codes from tires I just bought, the one that says MILITARY is the one I am confused with. The other two seem to be from 2000 and 1999 (judging by the triangle). Is it safe to run these? Not many cracks at all, and they would look better than the silly road tires on it now...
I'm not sure if I should be posting a new thread or not, but I was confused so here goes. I read that the DOT date codes go to 14 characters after 2000. I have a Titan tire which has a 14 digit code, but if what I read is right (week/week/year/year) my tire is from 1987... That doesn't make...
