That looks like a custom tank to me. The bolt-down flange sure is small and not enough of them. Also the band clamp hose set-up doesn't look like military-spec.
Looks like someone of the female persuasion was being kept waiting too long while pictures were captured!fat lady sings
Cool house, love to see a 1700's horse-and-carriage (modern horse, of course!) under the portico; late evening, all lights by candle... I love that sh*t.
Posting a "probably"; depends on tire situation (in the middle of swapping-in 11.00's).

Yeah Redbeard, I see that. One of Lextreme's links goes to a Riv. Cnty. firearms ordinance which states, in part, no shooting in certain areas which Old Idyllwild Road goes thru, but as I noted I don't have a map which shows those "sections".
Thanks to Lextreme for the links!
The area I described is located in Riverside County.
Ordinance 514 Section 2 Part a. is inaccurate in that Banning Canyon Road does not intersect with Interstate 10 (according to Google Maps). Regardless, I don't have a map which illustrates the areas in...
FastNova:
Pending research for Lextreme's concern, I-10 to Banning, exit Sunset Ave. (south) to Turtle Dove (east) to Old Idyllwild Rd. (south) to first left (east) to end of road. Sorry, no GPS coord's.
NOTE: People live on most of these roads so NO BOMBING through the area at top speed...
Hi All:
Any interest in a mini-rally in Banning south of the I-10 the day after Thanksgiving (Nov. 23rd)?
There's about a mile of dirt to the un-organized range, somewhat narrow (for a Deuce) road for the last 200 yards.
I prefer after noon, as there are usually fewer people and I can get a...
Hi All:
Checked the TM and just want to be certain, when setting the valve clearance for Intake and Exhaust on the Continentals, it's done with the engine cold as per the TM and not hot as per most engines?
Thanks

Hi All:
I tried a few searches to no avail.
Anyone please post a link to a list or post an entire list of assemblies necessary to install a PRC-77 in an M35A2. Looking from antenna to base to cables to truck mount to adapter (if necessary) to everything else. I believe I will need a headset...
Well, I want to go, never hung out with M35 guys yet, but got a WWII Dodge truck BBQ to go to the 13th.
Gottlos already chimed on for the 13th so I ain't arguin'.
Will there be target practice?
Modified a new fiberglass stepladder to get in the back and then took her to the shooting range in the hills and came back with a leaking valve stem. Pulled tire (lucky it was an outside duallie); will take to shop tomorrow.

I believe the load capacity reduces with additional wraps not because the winch has to pull the line in faster but because the diameter is larger and therefore the ratio between the input shaft rotation to winch cable rotation changes (like gear ratio).
TM 9-2320-209-20-3-1 page 4-53 states a "2 ampere" fuse. "Higher ampere fuse could cause fuel to explode if pump overheats."
Besides pump overheating, a poor electrical connection which may be only warm can burn off creating a spark or flame if too much current (amperes) is allowed to run...
