What do i need to know to install a winch?

All the mentioned parts plus yellow controller (usually on ebay) or black ( warn for electric) if you reverse the wiring, 2 longer lower control arm bolts, wiring harness. Mile marker did sell me the parts I was missing directly. I can't recall size off hand but look on my thread for a...

M1152 leaking power steering fluid - steering gear or hydroboost?

I believe this has the Sheppard gear not the common Saginaw gear and parts are challenging.

M1152 leaking power steering fluid - steering gear or hydroboost?

When you hear the whine, can you turn the wheels easily? If not, I suspect 2 problems. A. Power stg pump going bad causing the whine if fluid level is ok and belt not slipping/ok. B. Steering gear is leaking. Pitman arm seal are common to give out / leak especially on a vehichle that has sat up...

Check the gasket on the oe. Does it have 4 tabs on the sides or 2 front back as those are 2 different caps? Both styles should be available aftermarket gm.

    Proper way to lube chassis?

Are we talking the boot puffed up or the joint literally separated? If it came apart, go buy a lottery ticket as you just might have saved your life if that failed at any speed... Definitely can not be driven with separated ball joint. You do have the correct procedure. Just fill till oozes...

    Help ID tray. Ammo?

These would typically be mounted on the floor of the bed close to the wall of the fender with I think one footman loop on floor and one on fender side with a strap that snaps closed. I believe only some models of armament carriers slant backs got them standard equipment.

Are the newer ball-joint style torque rod ends still available anywhere?

The new style Ball joints are available for 5 tons but I do not recall seeing them for deuces recently. I do not think they are the same.

    M1101 Fire Set Up

I would recommend when you replace tires to get smaller and get that center of gravity lowered. That is a lot of weight and easy to rollover. Not sure those totes have baffles.

    Parts for M1101 Brakes.

Look at the tm to get the part numbers and cross over. I suspect it is dexter. Not sure you are going to get a complete assembly, might have to piece together. Brake Shoes, Wheel cyl, and hardware kit should be readily available. Does the brake drum go on correctly? I suspect it was robbed...
