Blast from the past:
As I was getting dressed for work this morning, I noticed my shirt from the last year that the event was held at the Bladen Lake Group Camp...and thought that you all might enjoy seeing what Neil had for us... (Front and Back, the shirt is actually black...)
I've traded some PMs concerning the MKT location, so I think that I will be in the same spot as in the past...or real close to it.
I'll work up a menu and will post some prices soon... :)
I'll post a few items on the "for sale" thread when I figure out what else will be in my XM813 other than...
You could also title it as a homebuilt...
Get the form from DMV, fill it out (dimensions of the trailer), stamp the VIN on the form on the axle and on the frame near the hitch, and then have a LEO verify the measurements and that you stamped the VIN on.
Much easier and less expensive than a...
It's actually a pretty easy setup to install.
I have a manual on the shelf that details how to do this very swap (with scale drawings of the motor mounts and other such parts that you have to fabricate for installing a Chevy 350/SM465).
On my Cummins conversions, I run a juice clutch, but I...
Yep, I have run into that more than once... Some of the newer covers are a tad larger (made to the large side of the specification) than they used to be.

The joke is that the M931 that I purchased out of Atlanta had a hard top, block heater, swingfire heater, and a fuel fired personnel heater...and was shipped from the National Guard facility...
I have put the event on my work calendar...
I plan to arrive early with the MKT and the XM813, but I'll have to leave right after breakfast on Sunday (got to get back to Raleigh for an early afternoon event...)...
I'll post up a menu and prices about a month ahead of time so that folks can...
I just need to have a date (a singular, fixed, date...) as early as possible so that I can get time off from work.
Last year's confusion caused me to not make it for the first time in years (going back to when it was held at the Bladen Lake Group Camp...).
Let's see...
I picked up a set (seven) of 1400r20 tires (six Goodyear, one Michelin) on rims from a buddy who decided that his cargo truck would look better on 1600r20's... :) Not sure if I am going to use them or resell them since all of my five tons are running good looking 1100r20 Michelin...
I got hit at work with a bunch of junk to take care of right after the event, so I'm a tad late saying this...
A big THANK YOU to everyone that came, helped out at the rally, or who helped out before the event.
Without you, we wouldn't have a rally...
I had a great time and enjoyed visiting...
