I would say ditto. My truck was a 2 man but I think it started as a 4 man. Ironically, that is what I changed it back to. They are lego sets with everything bolt on and off......
The straps behind the seat are for the box holding 3 plastic triangle orange markers .
Straps you show might be for some of the gear carried by armament models?
Tow ones would have a platform to stand on there?
On the M939 series, they have shut off valves in the heater hoses so this is an additional reason to flush as any sediment in the coolant would settle because of no circulation. My truck came from Louisiana so you would expect the heater got little use. I was shocked at how much "mud" drained...
This has been posted before in other threads but attached is a manual from the USMC and army MRAP. Only difference I think is the use of the spreader bar.

The problem for tractors is water getting in causing shoes to rust up especially on trucks that sit up for long time exposed to elements.
This is not seen on cargo and wreckers as much as the body tends to keep less water from seeping in.
I found the other one is higher and like to do longer terms. I also found it sneaky the urls are the same except for one "s" When I flipped my trailers, I wanted cheapest route.
