My recommendation would be to do the add on mwo towing higher limit plate at the same time and that might require a handful of slightly longer fasteners.
The current military oil in quarts is 15w40 looks just like what you buy at the parts store with a different label made by major manufacture... same bottle and box.
Only diesels I am aware that want a straight weight is old detroits with 40w.
those go under the fender to reinforce the bracket that holds the reel. Instructions are located in the tm's under the mwo ( maintenance work order updates)

4 man rear curtains usually have the extra piece pocket already on them, best to find one with it as the kit will have snaps for it and to keep you better weather proofed
There is a specific tool that is used not a generic pulley puller. Autozone & o reilly have it in their loaner tools. It is a press fit. There is also a power stg pulley install tool that threads into the center shaft.
I would think if the strap is suspect then other components in the starter & solenoid could be out of spec.
74m35a2 sells a high torque gear reduction unit that draws less amps and turns over quicker.
Might be worth investing the time and $ on an up grade :)
There is a brand new line of tools being introduced by Wal Mart called HART. It will be interesting what they do with this line. Looks like they are upgrading their black and decker and cheap tools to become a real player with the likes of Kobalt & husky.....
Cool truck. Neat to see the armored top grill but strange you do not have an armored front grill? Maine trucks have a very good reputation for quality. Might be able to pressure wash the spray paint off the unit numbers to see what it might reveal?
