If the pump is the problem, In my thread "Juan's M998" is the specs I used a 24v Wagner Asian pump $7 epay. It beats the oe price for a blue water squirter......This is not mission critical stuff :-)
I have committed to a bundle of Sandbags from Lance Robinson & a rear cargo Hmmwv cover from AL Harvey. All paid for and TimnTrucks has volunteered/voluntold to be Juan's UPS :-)
Andy- Your 4 Tow bar Pins are in the mail to your house.
Have a great Rally, Sorry I can not make it:tank:
definitely a GM style starter bolt with the special knurled finish on the bottom. Hopefully you have stub left to grab with vice grip. You have a tough job ahead of you.
All the best!

On the hmmwv I think it is all good, direct mechanical drive. Not sure on the M939, I know the A1 & A2 use a different 90* adapter on the cable due to the tire size to make the ratio correct but the speedo is the same unit. Should work ok as long as the correct tire size matches the ratio of the...
Thinking of replacing my stock mechanical speedo since mine does 69/70. I know they have the electronic 80mph in the later models.
My thought was to use an aftermarket like this autometer #2690 since it mechanical and change the bulb to 24v . Anyone gone this route?
OE, the tailgate has foam on the bottom and 2 strips on the side. Part numbers in tm as mine did not have either one and I am adding to a tailgate I am building. Kascar had both reasonable.

Where are you?
Interstate by me in Kenner has refurb group 65 reasonable. O'Reilly also sells the excide military 6TL in their label. Store on Airline in Metairie stocks them.
deep cycle batteries are supposed to tolerate the continual charge/discharge cycles as that is what they are designed for. I hear more folks with troubles with optima than I hear good things...
You probably have at lease one bad battery(s) Sometimes the chicken and egg dance. Batteries killed...
What voltage are you running? Is everything 24v?
Batteries need to be at least 12.3+ each and alt if 24v, needs to be 28v off the tip of my head.
Need to recharge batteries and make sure they hold load and retest alt output.
the tach drive for the ste can fail and has been an issue for others assuming you are picking up signal from those 2 wires?
86humv has some I believe from a previous post.
I just threw options out there as I thought $6 high. The ones on epay on bulk are around $2.
I find kascar very reasonable on some items and high as giraffe parts sometimes 😄
They are made by Ancra cargo in Ca. Not sure if they sell direct.
There is an epay dealer surplustycoon selling lots of 25 & 50. 222541854226. Maybe he would sell a smaller lot?
Breton Industries makes the curtains and rear cargo covers presently that use this buckle also. They do sometimes...
Yes, The BSA is one of the organizations allowed to Retire US Flags ( Burn is not the correct term). Depending on flag size, We typically cut all the stripes away length wise, retire them individually if a large garrison flag, remove one star from the blue field, fold the blue field square...
800 going to razor blade heaven....
what a waste and not all are armored up. It would seem to me that some of these armored lmtv/fmtv have value in rebuilding. Tons of soft skinned out there in service needing future replacement. I can't wrap my head around the math.
I remember seeing the...
