Do I see a horizontal hole through the center? Somebody used it for some kind of quick release type accessory. There is a similar box hitch type accessory bracket bolt to the rear bumpers of some SF Ground Mobility Vehicle GMV HMMWV, used mostly for a spare tire carrier:
There is also an...
I see the 6.5l engine coolant crossover installed.
I would think by 2007 all the pre 1995 GM blocks that had the cooling deficiency issues causing the rear, curbside cylinder to crack, would have been coded out of the system. The only way to tell is the casing markings on the block by the...
From what I was told there was no National Security Exemption for the 6.5l NA engines for the 1995 build year trucks because it wasn't required as a Cat was part of the exhaust system so the above decal indicates the 1995 6.5l NA GEP engine MEETS the EPA emissions for that model year.

Is that AMG Spare Tar Carrier the same as this one on a CTIS equiped SF Ground Mobility Vehicle GMV? The bumper mount looks the same.
And there would be a 2 MFC/MWC Water and/or Fuel Can Carrier on the street side, better pics here since'n you axed:
What's your engine type and year? I have a few for 6.5l NA 1995. I 'll post a pic after I dig them out of my dataplate/vehicle decal box.
This one is mismarked for a 1995 6.2l NA, its just the jpg I happen to currently have on the laptop I'm typing on.
The InfiniD 24VDC to 12VDC/24VDC Inverter/Power Distribution Box is run by two Vicor V1-P111-EVV DC/DC 400watt voltage inverters inside, each is circuit breaker protected, with bypass switches on the top.

Elaborating on the SF Ground Mobility Vehicle Air Compressor installation, and, 12volt accessories; The GMV had a Square D LBA363206 3 place terminal block bolted to the back wall in the outside compartment under the battery box lid. The 3 places had cables run to the main vehicle ground, to...
OK, I see the drawing.

The Arming/Firing Unit aluminum foil labels, I worked with Greg at www.dataplates.net to have the specialized, unique labels and identification plates on the SF Ground Mobility Vehicle GMV HMMWVs reproduced on the black coated aluminum plates. He does foil labels, too.
Quick question: the enduser is likely to use progressing grit sandpaper to reduce the print lines, although the original has a rough cast finish on most sides.
Wouldn't the box itself be better when combined with a 2" x 4.5" x 3/16" thick aluminum base plate to take most of the stress? One...
The Arming/Firing Unit I have, the short side screw spacing is 15/16" center to center, the long side is 4 3/16", use #10-32 screws.
One detail, may not be important enough. These housings are sand cast aluminum alloy. They use a "pattern" made of wood, plastic or foam to pack green sand...
LVOSS Arming/Firing Switch connector pinout:
Arming/Firing Box side of the the cable is a MS3106R14S-6S, 6 socket Connector

DPR Machine Shop doesn't have any data or notes saved from the work they may have done on the VW cranks they did for Dan Hatz to use in the FAV spec engines.
Most would have a number stamped into the main housing tube. or engraved. You may have to pull the shock then do max expansion and minimum collapsed length.
How did you make out with the front beam torsion bars? I'm hoping at least your rear trailing arm torsion bars are good, so you don't have to go through what Mogman did. I'da thrown a crescent (tm) wrench when the first 3/8" thick plate bent trying to pull them out.
NEIOWA did the Fast Attack BN S-3(Air) section have FAVs with the UHF/VHF "shark fin" antenna or would that have been the USAF Combat Controllers, now JTAC, assigned to each Infantry Division?
The Operators -10 Page 1-3 & 1-4 is showing Front 5-lug 15x5 wheel, another source stating with E78-15 National Tire "Commando" Radials that are discontinued. A NOS pair sold on Instagram last year for $150-Mickey Thompson 4 ply Mini Mag might be a good substitute.

Schneider Racing Cams is referring to that cam as the 272-F08 $130 , with #5106 lifters $104 and #6610 valve springs $47.50 .
Did you discover anything new about the DPP reground Crankshaft, Mogman?
Edit: I meant to write Schneider Cams not Engle.
