804 is a 10 wire head, not 12.
I load tested my 804a at 18k with no issues, it didn't like 21k.
The video is after a used motor swap, so it was smoking more than normal to blow out the cobwebs

I had a ghost also on a 805, got mad, disassembled whole control coupla, put it all back together. I didn’t fix anything, but this day, its the most reliable.
my guess is corrosion or bad connection, now the $10k question, which one.
You can operate injection pump by hand, for troubleshooting. Takes 2 soldiers unless you have really long arms. My guess is mpu same as robert. Unless something got knocked loose with the tip over. Might check all relays behind control panel
Use that link, it has all troubleshooting. If you remove gov actuator, take out bolts, and be easy, it slides to remove, and don’t destroy gasket when sliding. There is fuel in there as well
