Were is the leak at? up front or back ? What type of RTV did you use...Red ?
I use the Black RTV and let it set overnight with good luck. The Grey RTV is good also, I just had better luck with the Black RTV.
I only use the rear rubber gasket on the oil pan with the Black RTV.
Be careful on the eB*Y one that your looking at. Its not a DELCO...see part number they listed...SNK0033 by Total Power Parts. Also see their feedback.

File a case through e**y and you will get a full refund when the seller gets the items back. He will have to pay the return shipping also. I had to do it one time and it worked for me. Bought an item listed as "new" and received a "used" item. Full refund back to P*yP*l.
A few months back there was a few doing the same thing on e**y. I sent one a message telling him he had it listed incorrectly with no reply back.
I have the three wire, Hi/Low beam LED Headlight on the same site. Have a guy out of UT right now trying to scam me, saying he got the two wire...
Or the water cans could be full and the same on the other side...with a cargo strap hooked to the water cans on each side to help hold the concertina wire on top of the cargo shell. Or empty and tied to the strap because of no more room inside the truck.
If I had a HMMWV, I would first do a complete PMCS and repair and replace anything that needed fixing to include changing all old fluids/Hoses and filters.
I would have the following spare's on-hand: *** Complete Tool Box with correct tools****
1, Alternator/Generator
2. Control Box with Glow...

So far the truck is running great. Had an injector sticking a little, but fixed that. Total of 8,400 miles now on the O-meter.
Equalizer is charging great.
Also, I have a bad Blackout Switch. If you touch it the lights will go out and takes forever to get them back on( moving the switch up...
