    thats because the U.S. Gov has put stricter emission standards for diesel fuel and engines... Hint (ULSD) Ultra-low-sulfur diesel to lower emissions so it costs more for refineries to make it and we the people take a arrow in the knee because of it ( higher prices at the pump)

    just get a new GM one rockauto.com has em for about $140 then get new window guide Felt ( you can pick this up at crafting store ) this is a must then your problem is over for years unless you are rough with it.
