That makes sense. My truck has rivnuts as shown in the first post. I'm just curious why it doesn't match up to the TCM for my turbo truck.

I'm wondering if the TCM was swapped before the sale. That's why it doesn't have a proper mounting location.

Yeah, mine didn't come with that bracket extension on the bottom. I didn't think about getting a picture of the underside of the TCM, but it has 4 bolts already installed. They are just way shorter than the bolt holes.

I double checked my invoice and it breaks it down showing sales tax was based on my home county in my state. Not the state I bought it in.
