An insulator between the valve and mount will suppress the noise. I’ve run a Fernco sleeve of the appropriate ID in the past with good results.

Custom made adjustable upper A arms is the most typical aftermarket handling of this issue I’ve seen.

Replaced LR lower ball joint and serviced + adjusted hub.
Hub was mis-assembled & loose. Bearings and gears were good surprisingly.
Steering arm bolts were loose.
Ball joint bolts and stud loose.
Radius arm ball joint warn out, on the list now…
More discoveries of great work by Pvt...
Tested and fixed LF turn signal lights. Had to deal with galvalytic corrosion to the mounting bolts, bad ground. Installed new packard boots, bolts and fabricated a backing plate. Copper anti-seize on the mounting bolts.
Finished [emoji736] installing missing LH upper cargo shell close out piece.
Lots of corrosion and drill damage to repair as well. Of note I was pleasantly surprised to find corrosion prevention tape factory installed between the cargo shell and upper hinge latches.

Trying panel plugs for armor hole fill. Like that they are readily available and non ferrous.
I may go to bolts with nylon shoulder washers in the future.

TM covers this well if read carefully. You may need to apply hydraulic or pneumatic pressure to the clutch fitting to allow movement for bolt to hole alignment.
I had to apply approximately 100psi to release it to align.

Front toe adjustment after replacing TRE, lower ball joints, Pittman arm, idler arm and rebuilding steering gear. I was within 1/4” visually before adjustment [emoji123].
Made some slip/turn plates which helped immensely. Toe set at 0 +\- 1/4” with my lack of accuracy.

Replaced RF lower ball joint.
The joint was worn and the nut was installed loose. Caught it in time before the taper bore was worn.

Headlight assembly back on with missing oil cooler brackets. [emoji736]
Hood hinges were a bear [emoji199]. Corrosion around SS pin almost seized. Galvalytic corrosion between hinges and aluminum headlight housing. All fixed up now and with corrosion prevention...
Cooling stack 90% done.
Radiator brackets soldered back on.
Oil cooler fins combed.
Some paint.
Replacement cooler brackets that were missing.
Adjustment/reconnection fill and test in plan for this weekend.

I’m in a similar position with an ECV radiator that needs a core. Best to have a shop do it or just pay $$$ for a whole replacement
