I recently ordered a full set of data plates for a bobbed deuce and they arrived within a few days.
I am happy with the service I received.
By the way; David, I need another full set for the bobbed truck I'm working on now, PM me!
Here's the answer to your Deuce front springs vs. M105 trailer springs:

And I am very jealous, I really like that trailer!
These guys make u-bolts to your specs and at a reasonable price (I've purchased multiple sets from them).

Also make sure the heater is plumbed into the correct places, many are not.
The "pressure" line is on the intake manifold right next to the temperature gauge sensor (it's got a wire plugged into it) and the return line is on the side of the water pump above the alternator.

Here's one I did awhile back, non-standard but looks pretty good. The only thing I'd change on the next tan truck will be the instrument bezels, I'll make them either tan or black.

Yes, "race" = "bearing cup".
I get bearings from Allied Bearing, much, much cheaper than NAPA. O'Reilly Auto is typically cheaper then NAPA too.
Yes, you can usually reuse seals.
By the way, these are the Rockwell / Meritor seal part numbers:
Inner: A1205Z650
Outer: A1205Q667

2445 is KD's part number. A NAPA search using only that number (without SER) will find it.
There is a paper gasket, often you can re-use it, but if not I've used gasket maker without issues.
Race part # (interchange, both inner and outer)...
Looks great!
How about an M105A3 bed? The way that the lights are mounted on the bed would look very similar to the M35A3's front.
I think the wheel wells are different on the M105A3, so I'm not sure about clearance, have you every used one for a bobbed bed?
