I tried PMing Dave but has not been on in a while. My clutch line is flexible plastic and stainless steel braided. I can't find one person that has done this swap using and internal slave.
I have a 1996 nv4500 out of a k2500 350 gas jobber. The only thing I can't figure out is the hydraulic line. What did you guys do to adapt a internal slave hose to a 86+ master?
From what I have noticed:
wiring is different
frame is different at the middle crossmember
oil sampler valve
Frame stiffeners
gpr
rust protection (have the black circle caps)
door triangle window has more screws
Did they retain new wipper cowls and sprayers 85+?The blazer I had, had the newer style. All my trucks were 84's. I can think of at least 5 differences in the years.
So turning the dials on the outside while its running wont mater? Location is a big thing also. We have no surplus in the communist state of Connecticut.
Well what is the voltage settings on the outside for and what should I set them too? Pretty much guy wants $650 and does have voltage at the convenience outlet. Should I pull the trigger and buy it? Then buy the correct hertz gauge.
