Splitting up the TM Modern Conflict Vehicles into vehicle specific threads

Maybe I wasn't clear enough: YES, of course; each line starts with the correct military TM number, then VOL X of X, then Part X of X (if applicable), then the date published, then the description (MAINTENANCE or PARTS, etc.), then- if it was superseded- by which TM. I'm all for educating!!

    Spindle threads

16 TPI / Ø 2-7/16" is correct. And yes, a thread file might help, eventually... But no file or die will ever restore any flattened, missing, ripped-out thread sections! SAFETY FIRST! Be very careful (and self-demanding) there when re-installing the spindle nuts. They must both screw-on...

    Unimog Tires 20" rims. 12.5 r20

I believe the MPT80 would be better suited for your needs. Personally, I've had excellent results with that tire, although mine are 14.5s

Chain hoist as heavy duty come along / winch?

No, that particular one is only rated 1/4 ton; good enough to lift the spare of the M939 5-ton trucks, for example.

Please remember this is not the place to post any want-to-buy/sell/trade info.

    M1009 value question.

You may get 6k for it, or even more... depending on how much someone else wants it. Although, I don't think anyone would consider an M1009 a collectible item... Now, if you want to sell it then please post a for-sale ad in the classifieds. Advertising/selling in the open forums is not allowed.

has anyone taken injectors apart on this forum?

I think they are just press-fitted, not screwed-in. I have never had one come loose; not even after slightly bending them (accidentally).
