You can park it at my place! I had to pay a few $$ to have my 923A2 brought to my place. They went and picked it up and loaded it then drove I think 34 miles to my place. Take lots of pics when it home. They will give you fun memories. Let me know if you need help. Greg

I have recently been doing work on tires on my 923A2 and using the Gemplers OR220TG o-rings and they work good.

Tennessee dealer that will work on military tires

I had a tire 14:00 X 20 that I could not break down. It had a tube in it. What I did was deflate the tire, take the valve core out and flip the rim around so the mount part was inside and bolt it up to one of the front hubs then drive it around turning in a circle so that that tire was on the...

And make sure you install the bracket, brace on the nose of the starter for support. That is important.

    Tachometer testing

So with the yellow sending unit you check for short and open with ohmmeter and with the black sending unit you check for a voltage? Are these units interchangable? Seems like not. Must be different wiring for each. I have a yellow sending unit that I thought was bad but it is not. I still...

    Tachometer testing

I have mine working. I have the 4 terminal tach in a civy suburban and it works great. The signal is a sawtooth wave. You can get a square wave generator and hook it up to the tack and see it work. I did that. Make sure your rpm sending unit is working, use the drill test with voltmeter...

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

Been swapping tires around. Got some cracking ones so I wanted to change them out. Once I figured out the procedure to tear down and replace the tire, it was a lot easier. I used to lay the tire down flat but now I just lean it. I cross-threaded one lug nut so I'm gonna have to fix that...
