The new one I got for my civy 84 GMC Suburban with 6.5 diesel was a Spectra Premium from autozone. It fit perfecly. Had lube oil and trans oil ports for the lines. https://www.spectrapremium.com/en/aftermarket/north-america/heavy-duty-radiator

I would put some anti-seize on those bolts when you reassemble. You can use RTV on the wet holes. That acts as a lube for the threads too. Clean up everything first. Good luck. Nice job.
What would be the impedance of the HUMVEE tach? Could I just measure the resistance between the signal + and - input points on the tach and call it close enough?
