The shaft Ø in this case is 2.375" and the bore, 3.350".
Here are a few more "modern (double-lip) seal numbers for that application:
TIMKEN: 412119
SKF: 23702

In reference to those pics: right and left is one and the same... showing the outside, only. No pics from the inner side to be seen there.
No matter what style and if single or double lip, normally an oil seal is installed this way...(diagram, below...)

If the option was a bolt-on plate then you can only use the outer Ø17.50"-bolt circle and the plates would have to have 19.00" o.d.

To confirm this, I just measured a couple of M116A3 - which have seen little to no use: inner Ø = 2.935"; outer Ø = 6.250"; ring thickness = 1.658"

1) Outer (small) bearing: Item #4A is the bearing cone and item #5 should be the corresponding cup or race. But when googling their respective NSNs a discrepancy comes up: #4A is said to be a...
Ha... that's funny (spoiled child), you don't know how "tërrible" it can be...
There you go.
Believe me, I really have a SLOW upload speed here... sometimes intermittent between slow and nothing at all. Even so it only took about 25 seconds for the upload process itself...
