    I also just talked to an engineer at CE Niehoff..... When using an alt. with a N3135 dual volt regulator on a single volt system [ 28vdc ]....you ground the 14 volt tap on regulators dated before 2012, and leave 14 volt tap open on N3135 regulators dated 2012, and after.

    Wrong....I sent you a 12480922 sender which directly screws into a 12339963 T/C adapter [ both shown in photo ] The 90 deg. adapter is removed from the 12339963 and the sender takes its place.

    There's only one type on a hmmwv, and you have to remove the 90 deg. adapter and put sender in where 90 deg. adapt. was. Also there are 2 ea. Y harnesses needed along with the main harness.

    If its a A0 / A1 truck without park position...its a 3L80 [ 400 turbo trans ]. If its a M11xx or A2 truck...its a 4L80 E.

    Take out the screws on at least 2 to 3 of the last clamps , wire should go aft more.
