Welcome to the sight MUDLOVER55. Lots of good and knowledgeable folks on your side of the state. Are you looking for a piece of MV history or building an awesome off-road rig?
And when you run into Scott....you won't find a more enthusiastic hobbyist.
Scott's support makes things...
Like Steve's Diamond T wrecker......
I was going to do it on my M813A1 because I had an extra M35 bumper.
I was sadly disappointed when I found out the 5T and 2.5T have different size bumpers.
Hey I want to play.:jumpin:
It not urban, it wasn't a bobber, and I considered it winter cause it has a base of white.
But it has been this way since 2006.
I had 3 different camo patterns on the truck parts when I bought it, so I painted the lights white, the darks grey and filled in with...
Do you hear the pump running with the power on?
If yes, then remove the primary fuel filter ( or you might be able to open the primary stop cock instead), turn on the power and see if it squirts fuel on the ground. If yes your pump is good.
If no pump noise with power on, check the fuse inside...
Scott,
he11 Ya!:driver:Road trip. WE can take a month of and live it up on the open roads of AMERICA!! And that idea is no wheres near crazy. :cookoo::tin hat:
Heck everybody else will be going the other way on their way to Alaska and the MVPA Al-Can trip. I have family in Norfolk VA that we...
Harold,
Here is your Tri-Cities update.
Boris/Little Red showed up around noon on Friday and we completed the transaction on his truck.
I flat towed it from the yard to my place and then Boris followed me back to my place with hi flashers on. Except for forgetting to bungee the steering wheel...
Shep,
In the 3rd picture, the rear of your bob, what are the extra set of red lights for?
Do they illuminate the license plate or something?
Awesome truck.[thumbzup]
Nothing happening in the Tri-Cities on the M45 yet.
I sent my contact info to ' little red' in an email.
Trying to convince him to stick it out on the M45, because who wouldn't want to be a member of such an honorable group of regular Joes.
Even offered to meet his asking price if he wanted to...
Yup!
I also got an email from Jerry (BadMastard) about this 'tale of woe'!
So I can either help by towing it or driving it to my place in Kennewick.
I can look her over. I have filters, so if that is it, I can make her run.
As for AaronW pulling her across the pass.....bad idea, I didn't...
Or as a member of the Armed Services try USAA. I have read threads here that say that USAA now covers M35A2s. They covered my Unimog fire truck until I switched to collectors insurance. :jumpin: Is registered regular or collector plates?
If all that fails sell me the truck cheap and you can...
I was gonna post that, but I didn't think it was that funny.
But after hearing you post it, I am sure it isn't that funny.
But maybe this is:
nopics
was it a *.bmp?
This site doesn't like my *.bmp's.
If so convert it to a *.jpg and it will work or log out and log back in. and try again.
But with 4.3K posts you probably are computer literate enough to have done that already.
Ed,
On my trip home I started to master the Low 5th. Did it all the way up Snoqualmie Pass
And with out a deuce in front of me (Matt) I got some pretty good runs at the hills.
Lots of 65mph cruising on the flats. It is nice when you have to take your foot off of the accelerator because your...
What?
Didn't you take pictures of your truck while it was next to other Green Iron.
For shame!!!!
Heck, for a guy that is 5'20" tall and wears a Chartreuse hoody, you think that you could see me in more pix, but i am dern near invisible. Good thing as I am likely to damage the camera....
Rebuild, repaint, restore.
Since Kevin singled it out on 16x20's the only thing left to make it easy to drive on the road is to squeeze the bed.
I would like to section the bed.
Cut a strip out of the two sides, so it still has the same appearance but can drive without an over sized load...
If you want some pix, hop over to OSO's thread he started when he sold his m139/m328 truck to me.
