I had several decent shots that had good close ups of the exhaust,I basically used a upper stack,2 ea 90 degree bends and it looks to be about a 45 deg bend to adapt to the turbo flange.
I actually stick welded all mine together with 3/32 7018 rods.
I should have the winch installed tomorrow...
Update,
I finally got a chance to get the mirror arms finished and installed on the grill today.
I also finished fabricating the downdraft exhaust as best as I could copy it from the pictures.

Ron is right,the 816 and 819 wreckers are heavy and not speed demons by any stretch of the imagination.
Larger tires will net you more speed,at the cost of power.
A 7,8,9,10 or 13 speed transmission will keep the 250 in it's power range,but will require major modifications and you will lose...
Update,
Started installing the front winch and stripping the old exhaust and mirrors off the M54A1 this afternoon.
I'll be welding up the mirror mounts and re routing the exhaust this week(weather permitting).
The reworked 10 ton mirrors are done ,just waiting on the mounting tabs to be...
I'm not trying to hijack anyones thread here,but I am assuming a relatively complete non turbo pipeline deuce would be worth more than a standard multifuel deuce in the same condition?
I ask because I found one locally I am thinking about buying.

The earlier 60 series Detroits had problems with the front covers warping and leaking oil(typical Detroit),other than that they are a far cry from their 2 stroke ancestors.
The 400 BC engines are almost bulletproof if taken care of and maintained.
