    M35 Front Bumper Extensions

Yes, I know what goes there...:) And all M44-chassis I have seen so far have those 3 U-bolts (tie-down points?), on each side. (The 3rd one goes over the rearward front spring perch, from there it's 22" to the 2nd one; 2nd to 1st = 32.5", center to center.) But the point is that the Canadian...

    M35 Front Bumper Extensions

Very interesting! Wondering about bolts #23, since there are no existing holes in the frame, in that exact location. Or could that drawing be wrong?

    IP installment with a mystery

I had no doubt about it. if timing was 360° off it would smoke totally different! (been there, done it...)

    M35 Front Bumper Extensions

Well, it is the radius you get from using a 2"-wide V-block (8-times the material thickness, for mild steel).

    IP installment with a mystery

That is correct. And a nice shortcut, too!

    M35 Front Bumper Extensions

As NDT suggested, have someone with a brake press make them for you. Use 1/4" plate, bent to 7.35" x 2.56" (measured outside). (You can see all these dimensions, posted here...) G.

    Modern Tire size for M211

Just be extremely careful while driving your "Beast" down the road: 1) Surplussed 14.5R20 XL's have earned a bad reputation, already... not because of being bad tires, but from where they came from- and how they were used. (M35A3 with CTIS...) 2) That combination - MPT-type tires mounted on std...

    427 Hypercycle vs. 465 Multifuel

I'd say mostly everything - including crank; heads; IP; turbos and all other accessories attached - will fit on any model MF - and could be swapped around. It may not work optimal, but the motor will run, at least.

    HMMWV Lug Nuts

Starts to make sense to me... I believe the same applies to the M1102 and M116A3 trailers.

How is accessory drive unit of rear of transmission pto hooked up to cab controls in?

See this thread, posts #22 and 26. The other alternative is what Gimpy mentioned: yes, a small air cylinder works very well! Simply connect both shafts via a small Ø3/8" pushrod and two pieces of HP-hydraulic hoses clamped to the ends. Below is a pic of one of my applications... and this...

Yeah, better it remains as is... because technically, the OP's second post is an "early bump", deserving a WARNING.

No pruning, here. If we are talking about this ad... I see it was deleted by a moderator, reason: item sold. So if this didn't sell we can always reopen (un-delete) this one, if you wish.

Lt. Dan - The dream Deuce

Yup, that's the idea! Although the hole in that bracket seems to be a bit too far up... Could it be not for NEUTRAL but actually H-range? ... And some genius came up with this to hold the T-case in gear?? That sounds a bit suspicious to me... Have you actually driven this truck, with...

    One piece m103a3 wheels

Yes, M1061 wheels do fit on a M105 axle. And on the M35A3 rear axles too. (=hubs flipped)

Lt. Dan - The dream Deuce

Congrats; great score! Ha, and just when I thought I had seen most everything in- and around a Deuce... this is something new - to me at least.... If this isn't what I think it is... it gave me a good idea at least, how to secure an M35 against (accidental)drive-away. G.

    trailer using M105 axles

M105 axle = 79" between hub mounting flanges. Add roughly 12 inches for the outer wheel/tire + almost 1/2" for the (thickness of) inner wheel center, that's 12.5" to each side. Makes a total WOA of almost 104", with 9.00-20's. I guess that would be street-legal in Hawaii, only.
