The bracket on the motor mount is a must....if its not there, your starter will eventually break bolts and fall off. There are old thin style, and newer thick style brackets.

Here's a 6 k relay box opened....circuit card imbeded in the middle. It goes bad and winch wont work. Warn told me take it out of the loop.....so I did , and winch works. Sometimes a solenoid fails. Wires circled in red....unplug it, cut plug off, attach a lug to lite green wire. Wire circled...
