    GP Controller normal operation?

Possible problems are; 1. One or more of your GP's are open. 2. The system votage is higher than normal. It sounds as if the GP module is functioning properly and that you have a few bad (open) glow plugs. Is the GP system the stock 24 volt system or has the dropping resistor been bypassed?

    Wait to start light ?

Wait light goes out, relay remains closed as you described. They are not matched. Your card is functioning properly.

    GP push button modification

The Wait light will stay on for about 15 seconds for a cold start. After the engine is started, the GP card will re-fire the GP's, this could be as long as 15 seconds or it will cycle the plugs on and off depending on the voltage to the plugs. What you described sounds normal to me. Karl

    maybe the pink wire?

Pink wire should have 12 volts on it. Connecting the light blue wire to ground should close the relay. Check the fuses to see if there are any that are open. Karl

    GP Module Theory of Operation

I have updated the color GP schematic attachment. The temperature sensor wiring is now correct and a couple of the wire descriptions were not properly drawn. The original schematic in the TM has 4 errors in it. Karl

Buzzing sound comming from under dash after glow plug replacment...

Sounds like relay chatter from the GP relay. Try cleaning all the connections on the GP relay, remove the GP card and clean the card edge connections. Visually check the solder connections (on the GP card) near the large transistor that is riveted to the board. Make sure they are intact and...

Who knows a replacement transistor Q2 for GP module 12034592

The diode that burned up is a 24 volt zener. It is not a relay spike suppression diode. When it goes the switching transistor usually goes as well. Karl
