Was driving home and she started acting like she wasn't getting fuel. Started lunging and as I turned up my driveway she killed and would not start again just would turn over.

My 1991 humvee's voltage some days stays in the green all day but sometimes it will drop into the yellow for a few minutes then go back into the green and then back to the yellow. Is this something to do with the voltage regulator?

Of all things the bolts holding on the fuel pump and the plate behind it worked their way out. To make it a lot easier if someone would know what sizes these bolts are I would really appreciate it.
