Not to hi-jack the thread..... The Hemmt seats do look great. But a note for the taller crowd. I tried the same thing. As a suggestion on how to incease the amount of leg room in the cab. They give a better ride, but they actually decrease the amount of legroom due to the seat's angle.

Thanx for the offer little bob, I found a 7/8 -14 fine thread castle nut with nylon insert at true value and it threaded onto the shaft just fine. I will try it for a while and check to see if it comes loose. The locking nylon is a nice touch. Now I just have to find the right smaller steering...

Well a steering wheel off of a 5 ton doesn't work on a M35A2. Tried it today. the center hole was to small. But the 7/8 -14 fine thread castle nut with nylon insert threaded onto the shaft just fine.
