Kenny, that would be my legs sticking out from under Neil's deuce,it needed a clutch adjustment.
As for the old style wrench,I had my 1 inch extended anvil air gun and 1 1/2 Budd socket plus my 16 hp 80 gallon air compressor and 50 feet of hose, but no one asked to use it.:?:
First year at Haspin!!
I tried to keep Neil and Ferro out of trouble, didn't work.
I did pull Wreckerman, Bamalady and Elmo out of the Indiana mud with a "requisitioned" deuce at 0730 on Sat morning.:driver:
I appears I escaped having my photo taken the whole weekend.
I had the 3500...
I made it home at about 5:30 or so, 490 miles and about 8 hours or so,I stuck with EMD,Ferro and Neil till about Cincinati,so they are probably about 2 hours behind me.
I'm gonna try my best to make it back next year.
Those of you that weren't up at about 7 AM Sat morning missed watching...
Change of plans for me,for the better!!!
I'll be leaving here Wed morning vs Thursday, I'll have to bring the 8N tractor with me to Haspin and deliver it to Anderson Friday morning sometime.
If all goes to plan,I should arrive sometime around 5 PM.
Evidently so,I have owned at least 3 that were factory built with the ENDT,all 3 of them were late 60s models,(67,68,69).
This one is a Kaiser Jeep, and it is a 1967 model....
Definetly a Kaiser Jeep product,M725-10601 is your actual vehicle serial number.
05C21769 is actually the Military registration number for that truck,it appears it was manufactured in 1969 and rebuilt in 1975(I have several like this myself, all are Mack powered as well).
Hold onto that...
Correct me if I am wrong, but EUC required lots require you to bid at least $100 or $150 higher than the last bidder?
Example,
If I got outbid on something at $4500,I would have to bid $4600 or $4650 to outbid the highest bidder?,Or am I thinking wrongly here?
Well folks,I called about this one today,it's definetly a M123A1C,tires are "old"
and the seller is asking $12,000 firm, the fellow wasn't sure if it had a title, probably not he said.
That was pretty well the end of the conversation for me.
