I have been worried about the wrecker at shows and displays about someone getting on the wrecker and letting the boom down on someone or something.
So I made a boom support that goes around the cylinder. That way if the lever gets moved or a hose brakes the boom will not come down.

If your ABS came on and will not go off. It has seen a problem with the system and the problem needs to be repaired.
In the TM there is a part on trouble shooting the system.
Did you use the axle with the ABS system when you went to two axles. The rear most axle is the only one that the ABS uses.
Is the drive shaft turning coming out of the transmission when you have it in gear?
If so I would think the transfer case is in Neutral, with the truck off and the power on, can you hear a click coming from the under side of the truck. If not your transfer case lockout in not working.
