Thanks for all the help, but I think I got the problem fixed. I upped the PSI of the truck to close to what it was when we picked up the truck and it started working the way it should. I can inflate and deflate the tires now.
I think with a M923a2 you will see about 7-10mpg going around 55mph with out any payload or to many big hills.
My m923A1 gets about 7-8mpg and I am thinking the A2's get a little better mpg.
Have a safe trip and be sure to do all the safety checks and check all the fluids.
I have a M923A1 with Goodyear's and it rides good and I have a M932A2 with Michelin XZL's and I think it may ride a little better.
What was said about tires siting flat, I would for sure change them.
Sound like your air solenoid valve is not disengaging, I would look at the wiring from the button all the way back to the transfer case.

On your wiring you may have a bad black box. When you turn the power sw on do you see any gauges move?
If you put the 12v on that pos post it would be 24v not 12v, That is were the ABS wiring goes and the heater 12v wire on the other pos post.

I have a deuce battery box with a slave cable on it that we use when we got pick up a truck I lift it into my pickup and and then I slave off of that.
