I would do a 3 inch lift with the ord super flex springs and 33 inch x 12.5 wide tires which will fit the stock wheels if you want to keep them to save some money.

I kept all of the original sending units, just added new ones for the gauges.
I wired all of the idiot lights so that any of the sending units can turn the check engine light on. This helps because you do not always pay attention to the gauge

I highly agree with the body swap approach for this vehicle. If it were me I would pull the body off and spend my time on the frame and drive train while you shop for a body. The one you have is to far gone in my opinion.

you can not adjust the steering wheel in the column. the wheel is keyed to the shaft via the interanal parts and the horn button.
you must do by dropping the pitman arm and resetting on the steering box if you do not have enough adjustment in the tie rod ends and steering link.
As long as your t-case had fluid you should be fine.
If you have grease certs on the u-joints and axle shafts you will want to be sure they are lubed.

Fender hack

The inner fender is removed before cutting. once the fender is cut I installed the inner fender from front to back and then cut the back of the fender with wheel so that the last two inner fender bolts go back into their original holes.

you can get the f250 shock towers form ord if no where else. you need them to run the bilsteen shocks. you need longer shocks or limit straps. IF the shock is doing the limiting, it will not last long.
