    I don't think it will be a problem welding the two together if done professionally, which he is having done. But I would have it baffled to slow the sloshing of the fuel. One problem with such a long tank is the pickup it is going to be uncovered much worse than the stock.

    What about adjusting the valve at the back of the cab would that slow the application of the trailer brakes? It should affect it some, because right now on empty trailer I just unhook the service gladhand and I would like to find a better way to keep my trailer from flat spotting my tires.

    Since you didn't give us much to go on I guess you mean on your 931A2? It should already run around 70 so how much more do you want?     Only problem with the Bosnian armored kit is there are lots of gaps and the roof is completely unarmored. If building one from scratch I would take the better parts of both styles and use them.

    Yes you can swap pumps between the 250s but you will need to swap the governor assembly over to the new pump. Also I have noticed that the 816 governor assembly and the 936 governor are not the same.
