I had this happen to me with my old car that I needed to scrap in. I was in a bind so I rammed into the back of it with my dads truck. a little love tap. But a chain should work too. worst comes to worst get the torches out.
UPDATE: Took apart the whole front axle and everything was looking real nice. Changed the brakes and rotors while I was in there. Had the front wheels up in the air and I try to move the front drive shaft and it was locking up. like it was in 4wd but it was in 2wd. I then put the transmission...
I don't understand why you need an amp. Almost all cd players put out ~50 watts which is plenty to hook up 4 speakers and get sound out of them. Maybe I'm missing something?
just remember that if you do not buy from banks they do not want to know anything unless you bought it from them. I had a couple of problems with my kit not fitting right. Called them up and free parts were shipped to my door. Don't expect that from any other place. I bought mine on black friday...
No the front axle is an open diff. This happened on dirt not on asphalt. I know exactly what it should be like there is something def wrong. when I first put in the drive shaft I spun it to put the bolts in and everything seemed fine. Thats why I thought it was the front end, but I took...

the truck hops when it does it it almost felt like a locking hub going in and out. but everything looks fine. I checked bearings, steering u joints, and locking hubs. what ever it is its load and does not sound good.
trying to find out what else it could be. would a bad transfercase sound like...
in 4x4 there is something binding up real bad. It seemed like it was the drivers side but I took everything apart on both sides and nothing seems out of the ordinary. I thought it was a bad steering u-joint or locking hub. This noise is very loud.
what else is left bad TC or drive shaft?
My...
Crotan what tranny did you use. Dodge or chevy? Could you use a dodge bell housing with a chevy nv4500 so you could use a round 205.
What is the best way to achieve a nv4500 and a round chevy 205?
Also is $2400 a good price for a 1997 215hp p-pumped motor 170K?
