    M54 transfer shot.

Imossible Directions. Ok, My fault..post without pictures¬ So here are photo's of the offending bearing. I repeat, the T.M. Just remarks " remove input case WITH shaft!!?". ( And therefore the sprag assemblies) "Place in arbour and press off bearing!". NO CAN DO IMPOSSIBLE!. Referring TO the...

    M54 transfer shot.

I have tried every puller we have, they are all too large to fit. Is heat (and destroying the bearing) the only way to go?. A grinder will not get at it.

They are easy to fabricate, as is the canvass top. We had to do ours. But I prefer a hard top cab. Which we fitted.

    M54 transfer shot.

M54A2 M62 Transfer case repair HELP. I need the advice of someone who has stripped and repaired/overhauled the M54/M62 transfer box. The T.M. is the usual joke on how to!. I find it absolutely ridiculous that when going through the strip down procedure the instructions keep relating to...

    Fire.....well amost

Yes, The starter fell down and shorted out on the brake line. The brake lines end in solid metal no matter they are supported elsewhere through rubber. That is why they 'burnt the length that they did. You must get a support for the rear of the starter motor. Or fabricate one. Remove the brake...

    Concerned over oil pressure

Will Circular Runways Ever Take Off?

Some of the most 'doubted' projects in the past have worked just fine. And quite a more than practical idea with a (that's the problem) big enough circle. (Now, Let's go really 'wild' and visualize THREE! 'decks'!.

Terrifying front end shake on XM211

Had that happen on the M62 recently, Hit a pothole and the shake (from side to side) rocked the cab so badly I thought it was coming loose! And it chucked one of the rotators clean off the top. Scared my passenger half to death!. Everything tight and good. all bearing adjusted properly. Beats...

M37 Dash Panel Light Shorted - Sparks Flew

That's a very nice looking truck, if it is the one in your avatar. (And so) I would still do a very thorough inspection of ALL the wiring on your truck to prevent any failure or short circuit somewhere else in the system.
