The navy uses civilian trucks that are converted to all wheel drive. You could easily take one and remove the extra axle, convert it to air ride and add a sleeper. Look at my avitar and album. I usually just have the unit towed or shipped to my local mechanic so he can go through it. Without a form 97 and a vin verification you can not register the vehicle. I believe you need the form 97 to get the three day permit and I would not drive the vehicle without that or insurance.
