I stand corrected then. When I asked about it on the FB group, Sean Fillner stated that it bolted right up to the existing. I guess I should have looked into it more closely.
Thanks
Well the simple fix is for you guys to work together. Rusty could get the *exact* specs off the trailer and Awesomeness could do the CAD, 3D-print, and mold.
Assuming the demand is there (I know that I'm keeping my eye a couple M1082s currently).
Anything with a PCB board is suspect and also needs to be protected from EMP, etc. I don't know about the transmission but I suspect the CTIS would be a goner in any case.
Not that would hamper the vehicle once it was unplugged and the tires aired up.
Edit: the idea behind most "EMP...
Pulled all the bed cover polls. I was going to just sand them but the manufacturer must have used saltwater at a primer. I ended up taking a wire wheel to all of the poles and braces. I also made up four more flat bars and welded pieces of tube to each end (I only had two on the truck and...
Yep.
In fact, IIRC such a line was included in the OEM kit at delivery. Ties into the service air.
What I did was just snag the parts from Amazon and made my own:

Have you tried a local hydraulic/pneumatic repair shop (one that makes hoses)?
I've got two spare in the same condition (rubber has rotted and the steel braid has rusted up). I'm just going to take one to a couple shops. Pretty much standard hose (same exact hose on my off-road shocks that...
Started pulling tires for rotation (I needed to make sure I could swap one by myself anyway). Knocked the first one out in about 2 hours (using the "2 pipes" method). The torque multiplier worked like a champ. The new air jack handled the lift w/o breaking a sweat. Only issue I had was my my...
Here's the tool list that I'm building for on-board (not including spare parts, etc). It's *way* more than you'd want to fly with, but you can always hit a Horror Freight before leaving MO:
Glad Hand
Air Hose and chuck
20 ton Air/Hydraulic Bottle Jack
Two 4' Breaker Bars
1 1/2" Truck Lug...
Nice layout.
One thought about the seats before your go to covering. You may want to re-think the high lips on the lower seat sides. Climbing up and into the cab, I found seats with a more flat lower section FAR easier to slide into (while already extending to step into the cab).
ymmv
I knew my cab wasn't locking into the full upright position (where the locking bar flattens out into the safe position). So following suggestions others have made.

Backed the nut off the inboard...
I've not installed mine yet. I'm waiting util I have time to take off my OEM's and test them.
But Sean Fillner did a video of his installation.
