    If there is excessive wear in the bearings, they will clatter until the oil pressure flows into them. and gets up to full pressure.     That could be almost anything. You will have to go through the vehicle and check everything for tightness and fit. You could start from where you think the noise eminates from. But vibrations can travell through a lot of compnants. Let us know the end result.

    Possibly that, and check the radiator cap for correct pressure. (and type). ours did that untill we changed it. Same on the deuce actually.

    Welcome to the site and the hobby. As mentioned before, try to read up about your truck from the forums and T.M.s. Then work on the truck yourself. Great learning curve, and usefull if away from base with it.

    Welcome from the U.K. Is the truck you have the department a 530C?. (and yes the master cylinder is Hidden under the little trap door toward the rear of the cab near the seat mounting. (drivers side)

    It's a shame having fun is so darn expensive. Good luck with the (quick?) fix. As the axles are fully floating, why not pull the half shafts to see if one is snapped?
