Katrina Deuce Story - MUST READ

Funny you should post on this thread. I was thinking about this story a couple time today. Got to thinking about preparation for the incoming winter season and wondering what the next natural disaster was going to be.

2011 Wa State Mini Rally #5

LOL, wow that's going to be brutal Scott. I think Dave drove 5 days straight doing like 400-500 miles/day. That's going to be one heck of a trip. 5 days of driving followed by 4 days of driving and rally, then 5 days driving back.....you definately should get an award for that kind of driving;-)...

    Turbo Rebuild 3LJ-319 (Whistler)

Outstanding Steve, do let us know how the rebuild goes. I attempted to remove my non-whistler off my '68 M35A2 to no avail. I heated the nut and nothing. I'll have to try after a few soakings with PB Blaster next. I really want to avoid a "How To" thread on how to remove broken studs from your...

    VIC-1 placement

You know the shorter length ones arent too bad. From my experience, you ve got to buy the cables when you find them. You wait and hold out on a better price may have you waiting for awhile.

    VIC-1 placement

Haha, the CX-10613 has got to be the hardest cable to find. I've always used the CX-10071 to power my 3 MX-7777's. In fact there are a couple on ebay right now;-) just type in CX-10071 and you got it.

    maintance on front brakes

There is a TM however I don't have it handy. I just started taking stuff apart and learned that way. I did refer to the TM's for the proper torque on the bearing nut. But now I just use "Feel" to dial it in. It's a learning curve for sure but very much straightforward. Once you start digging in...

Behr Paint Jobs- Show me your MV's

These are ALL color matched colors. There is NO short code or color names on record with Home Depot. They will need to manually type in the formula for each color.

    VIC-1 placement

There is that potential of hitting your head on it. During normal driving, my son nor any of my passengers have ever hit their head on it. Surpisingly it does sit farther back than it appears. However, I am making a military looking cover to go over the unit using 1 inch high density closed...
