Gotta say, I have seen the deuce up close, it is absolutly the cleanest truck I have seen, with no work done on it, ever. He isn't afraid to get dirty either!
Nice trucks!
I have an extra pump. I went and looked at it and the stop cam split is not aligned with the line on the shaft. The pump came off of a running engine...till it spun a bearing! It is too dark here to go look at the truck and see where the line and split are on that. How's the high idle, no load...
The glow plug and seal washer are still current parts and available from Cummins. Both are at the Memphis Distribution Center so they can be ordered thru any Cummins dealer or distributor.
Glow Plug P/N....210649....list price, $73.34
Seal Washer P/N...118273....list price, $1.33

Well, you just missed the fall Dirtbag trip. I'd be up for it. Will there be trail rides? Got a shootin' range/area. Me no scared about no water...i'm a dirtbag!!
Mine will do 55-56 at rated RPM...2600, but I don't like that. I cruise about 48 to 50 at around 2200 ish. Sounds like your RPM is OK. If it won't pull past 2100, maybe there is a filter issue or it isn't getting full throttle...or the dash stuff is wrong.
Worked great, Thanks! Maybe you could submit that for the TM section? For all othere, rt click ad save to your puter where you like to save your manuals
That is part of the radiator, you need to go look again ,carefully. Those are the "fins" that are between the rows of tubes. It's gonna keep peeling out.
The engine in the M800 series in an OLD design, like from the early 70's. Cummins went to the "Big Cam " in around 1980 or so. The Small Cam was only used in the military trucks and some industrial applications after that. The industrial aps stopped when off road emissions advanced. Dunno why...
