When the head fails there is no rebuilding it.
I have a China hanJi head on my deuce and have no problems or defects to speak of.
By looking at it there is no difference in the new one to the old.
I paid just under $300 for the head, injector nozzles and shipping.
I didn't install the nozzles. I...
Mine will idle pretty well most of the time. It's when I left off the throttle and push in the clutch like when stopping it wants to drop rpms so low it has trouble staying running. If it doesn't shut off it does recover back to 800 rpm idle. I think you are right about the fuel shut off being...
Glad there was no forklift around!
It looks like the plunger got stuck and broke the tang that engages the gear to the plunger.
But it still idles down under what it is set at sometimes. This morning it cut off and wouldn't start again.

I bought 2 M105a2 trailers recently and only one has a data plate. So I'll give you the one with the data plate and what I can find on the other. I'm not sure on what to put on the titles for them. I figure I can just make it up if there are no records. This is really an amazing thread to read...
just went through my notes
Now that I'm at work, I just went through my notes. I don't know where I got the # 3113. The 3540 is the same exact filter as the 3512 but it is 6 micron instead of 10. And someone said it comes with the correct gaskets also. Sorry about that
If the shear pin cannot shear because it has been replaced by a bolt, It WILL break the winch. This winch shouldn't be able to break the cable even with a snatch block. This of coarse being that everything is in new condition and who knows what was done to them before we got them.
