Ah, another So Cal guy! Man, you are close, I'd love to come drool on your truck sometime as would some of the other locals. Welcome! I'm at the top of the 605 freeway, where about in LB are you?
Every time I have to drain the coolant from mine, it never takes all of right away. I even put draincocks in the intake manifold before the stat for fill venting and it STILL keeps a giant air bubble in the system. See if you can force feed it with a cooling system pressurizer. I think the air...
There is. Any PT/G pump can have a pump mounted, spin on added to it. I have one at work. I'll snap a pic and get a list of parts together along with a price.

Well, made it there and back and only developed a gear oil leak at the t-case high/low shaft. Truck ran like a champ. Ya know, without the canvas sail on the back, it will run 50MPH all day long and hangs on the hills real well! 320 miles, RT. Got to fire some sweet weapons, a single shot, bolt...
That is a late sty;e head gasket...thet were released in around 1993. Someone has been into it. Be extremely carful when you clean the block. The liner has a fire ring, it is the only thing that seals the compression. Use a wire brush and brake clean. DO NOT use an orbital buffer, if it hits the...
