I've got this issue going on with 2 of my deuces. As they sit, the tank will be wet with diesel (not dripping). I isolated the culprit down to the fuse cover as well on both.

My assessment:
1) Spare tire needs to be aired up. It appears flat by the droop
2) Looks like good tires all around
3) Driver side tire looks to have
4) No heater
5) Need light switch, yours is missing
6) You have either a White or Hercules Multifuel engine
7) The wet spot on the engine is...
I have removed my tires and rims and have thrown 10 mounted tires into the back of my deuce....by hand.....not to brag but show my stupidity. My back has been paying for it since then:sad:
Looks like a white or hercules engine. There is indeed a cover missing. Also looks to the original engine...not a rebuild:-)
