LDS has the starter on the driver side, has a different style turbo (similiar to a whistler)but not always. Fuel Injector Pump should have a dataplate on it as well, designating it is an LDS.
sounds like the airtank. Is the air coming out at the 6:00 position towards the rear of the air tank (2 long cylinders side by side)? If so, that is an air tank bleeder valve. Take a pic where the air leak is and we'll help you
As far as I know he does. Not sure what he's charging for them though. Typically a med towbar goes for 300-400. I'd bring at least that much to make sure.

Hey Josh, we're stopping at his place on the way to the rally...you can ask him when you get there8). The plans are to meet at Tumwater Home Depot then drive I-5 N to Hawks Prairie. We'll then take the backroads through Yelm, McKenna (Brad's) on over to Dan's place.
