    Yes you do prime the fuel system. There is a relief valve on top of the secondary/final fuel filter assy. Open the valve, turn on the accessory switch, you'll hear the air purging through, then fuel...shut the valve and start cranking Before toasting the intank pump, check the fuse to make...

    First off, welcome aboard. Best thing to do to help eliminate some potential problems. Drain your fuel tank completely/clean out/replace w/fresh diesel, change out your fuel filters (3 total), then go from there.

    Looks like the mounting points are on the winch chain guards. So the whole system is bolted w/just the two bolts on the winch?

    You know I'm glad you brought up about the throttle spring. Seems to be something that has happened more times than I want to count to guys. Be a good idea to just replace that spring before it snaps. Nothing like being caught in traffic and have it snap and then you got some unwanted media...

    Well whatever method you use be sure it is adaptable to become louder as your hearing will deafen;-) Not sure what you're going to do when you're deaf...maybe hum really loud to pickup the vibrations:wink:
