I think if you know the buyer's name then that can be put on the EUC. I don't think it's possible to change the name on the SF97 however. What I did was get the SF97 in my name and then provide a bill of sale noting the SF97 number with the buyer's name on it. Seems to work in WA state.

Well as far as the C turbo going faster, I thought my Dodge Cummins went faster when I removed the silencer ring from the turbo. The whine made me feel faster:wink:

The Whistler does sound great for a little while, however IMHO it gets old after awhile. I wouldn't mind have one in the inventory though. Someday I may want to nice whistle and others the nice quiet turbo. It all depends:razz:
