Holy Moly!! That is some BeeUtefull fabrication work!!!
Will you be doing that yourself? If not, I need the contact of your fabricator!!!
How will you deal with the off-set created by the side rails?

This looks very nice. Are you planning on keeping what appears to be tie down points where the supports meet the basket? These would be quite handy. Or, are these there to earn style points? I think they would be very useful to secure a tarp or hang gear while camping.
Is the NMO mount just...
I'm looking for a rack like that as well, but I don't want to mount it to the antenna mounts unless they aer still usable. A few guys were using an angle along the bed rail to do this and to carry more weight. Any idea if going that path?
Looks nice, I just got my '09 and am looking at doing the same thing. By the looks in the pic, Nate's bumper piggy backs over the stock bumper. Is this correct?
What are your thoughts on this? Is it any big deal?
Thanks!
What I'd like to know is if this rack started it's life as a custom piece or if it is a commercial product. If it's commercially available, who makes it? The round tubing makes it look bad a$$.
I have seen this liner in LMC Truck and wondered about it as well. From the catalog write up it seems like there is room for more than one radio (FM and CB??) Is this the case or is there room for only the one as in the pics.
What brand is the center console. I need a place to keep extra...
Just got my first '09 home yesterday!! And today I got a complete rolling chassis from an '08 for the HD axles and spare drive line parts. I'm looking ahead to keeping it alive for as long as I can! I'll post some pics after I download them from my camera. Look for a post with "Movie Star" in...
I set up my MEP-002a for my parents after Irene took out the feed to their house. The Gen Set was running great until I got the phone call in the am that the guy form the power company did not put the set in "OFF". They left it in Prime/Run. My father realized there was a problem when he...
Well, I for one had a fantastic time!
It was my first MV rally ever and met some of the nicest people around. I couldn't get over the warm reception for being the "FNG" and knowing only one other person on site.
For those of you who may have missed it, you certainly missed a good one.
My...
Part of why I have to pay such a high price way up here in the great white north is there aren't many sources for these vehicles like down south. What ever I get I will have to pay to ship up or have the "adventure" of driving it back. I'm cheap and have frequent flyer miles through work trips...
Hey All,
As I see things the price is determined by what it's worth to you. I'm sure you have all weighed the price vs what it is going to do for you. Do you have the time, skills, space, $$$ and desire to restore a $1000 junker? Or do you want to pay $5k for a turn key that is "parade...
Hey drgreg I like the look so much I'm buying a truck without a bed to do just that!!
Can you take a pick of the back and how you did the lights?
I'm concerned about the drop gate and how it would / would not interfeer with a trailer in tow.
How about the pics with the cover on?
I'll...
I have to place an order with McMaster for the square beveled washers, bolts and other mounting hardware, so I guess I'll add the shoulder screws as well.
If you are handy with sheet metal, those doors shouldn't be to hard to fab up. You may consider talking to a HVAC shop. The one near me...
