The yardman there is Vernon. Very easy going and good to deal with. You will have to go through the main gate area to get visitors badge and vehicle inspection. Depending on day and time that could take a while so you may need to allow extra time for that. Pretty easy place to get in and out of.
Does it restart after sitting for a bit? I would do as suggested and have the starter tested. I had a K5 Blazer that would not restart until it had sat long enough for the starter to cool sufficiently. Usually about 15 minutes or so. I changed the starter for a new one and never happened again...
Indiana does not recognize the sf97 reassignment. The sf97 needs to be in the buyers name. As said though, since it is already titled in Indiana you do not need the vin check done.
