It could be the cylinder for cab lift.
My tire cylinder went bad worked fine then I decided to paint spare and tire would not lift by control box so I tried hand pump it moved a little and hand pump got so hard you could pull handle down.
Turn valve on control box back to cab lift and you could...
There was a guy on here a little while ago, his truck would not start after he changed oil.
He unplugged oil pressure sensor on motor and plugged it back and truck started.
No Iook I'm getting old don't remember but a member told me about it when I installed on the hemtt.
I think it's due to it being plug and play for mrap, all I can tell you is I move a wire in power box and white lights worked.
I know on my 1088 the circuit breaker for the aux fans would trip just from vibration.
I removed it and put in a regular blade car fuse problem solved.
You move some wires inside the box.
Problem is I don't remember what ones to where.
But once you move them the IR lights won't work just the bright ones will work lol
The Ctis is a great tool.
They have to be loved and cared for.
Dirt or bad coil in pcu is why some are like a wife you want to divorce. They sit unused for a long time in a yard some where.
Learn the system and it's easy.
Incorrect 5 blinking lights is not bad ecu.
5 solids are supposed to be bad ecu but have seen one 5 solid lights start working.
If the pcu is not sending the prober single to transducer and transducer tell the euc the prober thing it will fault out.
CHECK THE PCU FIRST !
If the solenoid coils are not working nothing will.
You can't listen to it that tells you nothing.
Two of the three coils could be working and the other one not.
The holes at solenoid are small and trash will block them.
Pcu first everything else after.
The biggest problem with these is the pcu.
Take the pcu apart clean it and check the solenoid coils if you have a blocked valve from dirt or a solenoid is not operating the system will never work.
CHECK THE PCU FIRST PERIOD !
As long as it's in the same family it can be boosted. Here's your problems the rack will have to be synced the transmission needs to be verified that it can tolerate the increase in torque.
It takes specific cat tooling to sync the rack
